Deep within you there is a longing for another dimension of awareness. You are dissatisfied with the 'status quo' and yearn for a better life and a better world in which to live it. You want to employ sound judgment, gain knowledge and increase your opportunities for joy and connectedness. However you may expect results without being prepared to make a personal effort and your approach may be one-sided. Although you want success and recognition you believe success results as part of the process of working. You have an understanding that all things take time and all things come with time. Therefore you have the power to withstand hardship or stress and willing work on long-term projects. Nevertheless there can be times when you are gripped by the feeling that if you could only achieve one particular goal then life would be complete.

Achievement Triangle

Also posted in Aspect Patterns, The Huber Perspective

You're capable of harnessing your energy into short, efficient bursts of activity that allow you to accomplish a great deal of work in a very short period of time. However once the energy is depleted a rest is necessary and then the cycle repeats itself. As such you are torn between a need to work and a need to rest. Nonetheless when you are not actively involved in something it is not unusual for depression and feelings of insecurity and guilt to set in. The root of the problem lies in the need for energy accumulated during periods of rest to find some form of release. As such be aware that even a menial chore can alleviate those feelings. There is also a strong tendency towards workaholisim and you need to be aware that being overly focused on either work or play also has its cost. All work and no play doth Jack a dull boy make, is the way one old adage goes but then again no work and all play can turn Jack into a sloth. Therefore finding a balance between these two seemingly separate states of being, will likely be a lifetime learning experience. It would bode you well to remember that the energy required to accomplish what you do depletes quickly but on the other hand it will likely be just as quickly replenished. Therefore it is important for you to embrace those phases of relaxation with the same amount of enthusiasm you apply to your periods of intensified performance.

It may even feel like the more ahead you try to go, the more behind you get. Perhaps the problem arises because it appears to you as though work and play are mutually exclusive states of being and you fluctuate between them. Inner tension builds and in order to find relief from this internal pressure you escape by embracing a pleasurable activity. Then feelings of guilt set in about sitting on your laurels and you are once again back in the cycle attempting to resolve the issue. The danger lies in blocking the conflict out, and escaping from the pressure by refusing to deal with the obligations involved. The resolution process requires you to embrace the conflict rather than avoid it. This is done by giving yourself permission to put those obligations on a shelf for a time, and immersing yourself in those activities that bring you relief and renewal in order that you may fully recuperate. Learn to say no to others who make demands on your time and energy and recognize your needs are just as valid as theirs. Remember rest from work is a necessary part of a healthy lifestyle and if you would be there for others you must first remember to be there for yourself.

Two equal but opposite factors in your psyche vie for dominance and create a state of inner tension as you reach to solve the problem. However your attempts to fully resolve the issue only bring you at best a temporary release from the strain. It is likely a given that you are prone to defensive behavior postures and sudden angry outbursts. On the positive side of this you are just as quick to apologize for your conduct and sooth over any injured feelings resulting from it.

There are three ways in which you can execute the energies of the planets incorporated in it, and its circuitry will optimize the energy of the element the planets are in. Abundant self-confidence is likely a given as well as the ability to excel in a wide variety of skills. However there is hidden pitfall in this aspect pattern and that is a tendency towards complacency. While you may not have a 'know-it-all-attitude', you may feel that don't need to learn anything new and have very fixed opinions, that you are unwilling to modify.

It is most unlikely that you will be able to consider this trait as fully developed until the full course of your lifetime is near completion. The process requires you to absorb the attributes within the three signs it covers and gradually develop them into a distinctive ability. This needs be done without exertion and stress. Simply put your accumulated knowledge and experiences from this area stored within your unconscious mind are honed into a pattern that will become a conscious skill. The bonus in this aspect pattern is the stamina it gives you to work for extended periods of time with relative ease and little if any fatigue or harm to your physical body.
