The ability to be a make creative impact on your environment and be seen as a force to be reckoned with is accentuated. However this will require you to deal with ‘EGO’ issues and become well acquainted with your shadow persona. Therefore it is important here that you ‘Captain your own Ship’, in order that you may have the freedom to make the changes needed to insure your growth.

Your entire personality is involved in a pattern which represents growth through the transformation of self. Your learning process follows a specific pattern. It begins with an issue that cannot be ignored. Something blocks your way forward and a change must take place in order for you to move on. Motivated to gain control over the situation you take action meant to alleviate the pressure, however it does not solve the problem. In fact it may even make it worse. More adjustments are still needed.

You want this state of affairs resolved and willing to go beyond the black and white of it you really think the situation through. Having attempted to resolve things in ways that did not work you begin to see the interrelationship of apparently unrelated factors. Even it means that you must part with things you cherish and hold dear to your heart in order to effect relief, you comply. Most often this entails a change in attitudes and concepts.

After a time the process repeats itself. As this process can also work in a retrograde fashion there may also be a great resistance to change. However a refusal to do so will mean embracing the anguish and losing out on the gains.
